CODY PLAYS
Cody Sullivan is a playmaker based out of Provincetown MA.
Cody was trained as an improviser in Chicago at the iO Theater. He has spent the last decade writing plays. He creates solo plays, community theater and plays for his company.
His community theater project CODY PLAYS has run at the Gifford House since June 2023. His solo work has been presented at The Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, the Toronto Sketch Fest, and the Provincetown Theater where he was Playwright in Residence for 2024.

It’s Bring your Kid to Work Day. We’re at a local police station with twin cops and their twin nephews. A priest, a history teacher, a love addict and a 70-year-old gay man into S/M are being held after being arrested outside the Autocrat Coffee Syrup Factory in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Is any of it legal? Is any of it ethical? When does doing “the right thing” become too hard?
AUTOCRAT inc. will be workshopped over two nights at the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater in April, ahead of the plays premiere at The Provincetown Theater in June.
